Authored by Teddy Tatenda Chikondo, the book captures the leadership wisdom, experiences, and lessons of fourteen distinguished Zimbabwean corporate trailblazers. Rather than focusing on theory alone, it presents practical, home-grown leadership principles that equip individuals to lead with integrity, resilience, adaptability, and purpose in today's dynamic world.

Building on this powerful resource, Afrikima delivers structured Leadership Gango Cohorts designed to transform emerging and experienced leaders through interactive learning, reflection, coaching, and peer engagement. The cohorts are offered to corporates, professional associations, churches, women's organisations, youth groups, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organisations. Participants engage in practical discussions, real-life case studies, and leadership challenges that encourage personal growth while developing the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively within their organisations and communities.

Our Leadership Gango Cohorts are available in flexible formats to suit organisational needs, including four monthly sessions over four months or eight sessions delivered twice a month over two months. Each cohort creates a supportive learning community where participants are challenged to think differently, lead intentionally, and leave a lasting legacy.
